Here are some additional details about our company’s leave benefits:

  • Earned Leave and Sick Leaves: You are entitled to 12 working days of earned leave and 6 working days of sick leaves per calendar year.
  • Respective Client Holidays: You will be eligible for holidays specific to the respective client(s). A list of these holidays will be announced annually on our company intranet.
  • Maternity and Parental Leave: We provide 26 weeks of maternity leave and 3 days of parental leave to support the well-being of our employees during these important life stages.
  • Project-Based Public Holidays: Depending on the project and state regulations, public holidays will be granted in accordance with our current company policies.
